S.D.S. GOLF(New Info for 2021-22 - 2022-23 coming soon)

 We will play on Wednesdays with the first tee time at 12:00 noon at Sunland Springs Golf Club which just west of Meridian off Baseline Ave, in the Sunland Springs Village development. It is about 3 miles away from SDS.  The golf course address is 11061 E. Medina.

 Sunland Springs Golf Club has 3 executive 9-hole courses. Pars 31, 32 and 33. We play 9 holes each week and rotate through the 3 courses from week to week. With the short courses, we can usually play in one and one-half to 2 hours. We will have weekly outings from December through March with maybe some off weeks due to SDS events.

 You will need to sign up on the bulletin board in the hallway by Monday noon of the week we play. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO BE A REGULAR AND PLAN TO PLAY EACH WEEK.

 We will be playing with the league from Rosehaven MH Park. They have 3 tee times and we have 2 tee times. The first tee time 12:00 noon. With only 2 tee times, we are limited to the first 8 who sign up. On the other hand if more than 8 are wanting to play in a given week, we may be able to use spots in the Rosehaven tee times if they have any vacancies. Vice-versa, Rosehaven may want to fill in spots in our tee-times if we have vacancies.

 Fees for 2021-22 are as follows:

 December: $23.00 plus tax walking per player

  January-April: $29.00 plus tax walking per player

  Riding Cart:  $8.50 plus tax per player

 The fees include a $1.00 “chit” fee. The chit fee is mandatory. In years past we have used it to award a weekly prizes for skill events, but at this point that is on hold and a determination will be made later as to how to distribute the Chit Fee.
