We are located at one of the smaller 55+ resorts, but we have many of the amenities of the larger ones. Below is a listing of some of our amenities.
Clubhouse: Our clubhouse. located at the center of the resort, is a southwestern styled building with a terra-cotta tiled roof. Inside the main door you walk into a spacious ballroom with a stage to the right at one end and kitchen and office at the other end. A large screen flat panel TV is located at the left side of the stage. Tables and chairs are stored unobtrusively in rooms behind the stage. We do not allow alcoholic beverages in our clubhouse. The clubhouse is open from 7 AM to 9 PM through April.
Off the hallway between the clubhouse kitchen and office is a card room and library, as well as a pool/billiards room.
Swimming Pool: Just outside the clubhouse is a small, clean swimming pool. Depth is from about 2.5 to 5 feet at the shallow end to 8 feet at the deep end. Around the pool are lounge chairs and tables. Also in the pool area you will find a hot tub and restrooms and shower facilities.
Laundry Room: A spotless laundry room can be entered from the pool area as well as from the street. A set of well-maintained washers and dryers are available. An enclosed open air area is also set up next to the laundry room with clothes lines for those who wish to hang clothes to dry.
Shuffleboard: The central facilities include four shuffle board courts complete with scoreboards. Game pieces are available for check out.
Managers/Office Staff: Office staff are on hand in the clubhouse office weekdays from 7 AM to 1 PM.

Horseshoe: Two regulation horseshoe courts are maintained for our guests. Again, shoes are available for checkout.
